Equipping the Kingdom for the Work of Ministry.
Our Vision
The THRIVE Network exists to equip believers for the work of ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-13
We believe that all disciples of Christ are ministers of the gospel and therefore our primary focus is discipleship to ensure that wherever we have been called to influence, we know how to show up as ambassadors for the Kingdom of God.
We believe that all believers have been given spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 28-30; Romans 12:3-8; Ephesians 4:11) necessary for the work of ministry and to edify the Body of Christ. Our goal is to activate and mobilize those gifts.
The word of God calls believers into Unity and Spiritual Maturity. We seek to create opportunities to stand in unity with our brothers and sisters, as well as promote maturity through training, teaching, programs, and events.
Our Strategy
Building Communities.
The church of Acts is our model. Acts 2:42 offers the details, “They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.” Each community is built on the foundation of these principles. Check out THRIVE Hub-Dayton to see what this looks like in practice.
Committing to Serve.
Being a servant is foundational to being a disciple of Jesus. Matthew 20:28 says that Jesus came to serve not to be served, so like Jesus we will serve. Take a look at the We Serve calendar to find out how you can join us!
Equipping the Kingdom.
While equipping is always happening during gatherings and workshops, THRIVE Weekend is our annual equipping conference, held during Rosh Hashanah. It is a time of corporate movement into a new year on the Hebrew calendar and always marks something New for the Body of Christ!
Pursuing Unity.
We are always looking for opportunities to partner with other parts of the church to serve and grow together. We are only one part of the Body and we need every part to function!
