Vision: The THRIVE Network exists to equip believers for the work of ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-13

• We believe that all disciples of Christ are ministers of the gospel and therefore have a primary focus on true discipleship to ensure that wherever we have been called to influence, we know how to show up as ambassadors for the Kingdom of God.

• We understand that all believers have been given spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 28-30; Romans 12:3-8; Ephesians 4:11) necessary for the work of ministry and to edify the Body of Christ. Our goal is to activate and mobilize those gifts.

• The word of God calls believers into Unity and Spiritual Maturity. We will seek opportunities to stand in unity with our brothers and sisters, as well as promote maturity through training programs and workshops open to all who desire to attend.

Jesus offers the example of what ministry should look like in Matthew 9:35-36. So, with compassion in our hearts, we will GO be the workers in His harvest, teaching, preaching, and using the gifts to edify and equip the Body.
