Bishop Robert Lyons
Bishop Lyons, Jr. serves as the Senior Pastor of The MarketPlace Movement in Dayton, OH, founded in 2003 by him and his wife, Pastor Jamila Lyons, and in 2024, also became the Senior Pastor of The Tabernacle Baptist Church in Dayton, OH.
In 2014, Bishop Lyons was consecrated to the sacred office of the bishopric and now serves as the Establishmentarian and Presiding Bishop of Covenant Reformation of Churches and Ministries, which launched in the fall of 2024.
Training is Bishop Lyons’ passion - what he does, and what he wants to be known for. Bishop Lyons believes that every person on this earth has a purpose (“a divine why”) and vision (“what we are known for, by all people, for all time”). Our purpose and our vision must stay in alignment with GOD and His Will; otherwise, we will have unnecessary chaos in our lives.
Together, Bishop Lyons and his wife, Pastor Jamila Lyons, are the delighted parents of three young adults.
Caleb Ingram
Caleb’s passion is for every person of Greater Dayton and the world to know and experience the power of God through His united Church. He is in love with his beautiful wife Morgan and is savoring every moment with his three sweet (and sometimes sassy) girls—Hallie, Haven and Avonlea. Caleb has served within the local church and has undergraduate degrees from Cedarville University in Worship and Comprehensive Bible and his master’s from Liberty University in Executive Leadership.
Since 2016, Caleb has been serving full-time with Declare, a nonprofit that exists to unite God’s Church to transform lives and communities to declare His glory throughout Greater Dayton and beyond. What began as a series of worship nights is maturing into a holistic vision of city transformation—developing a relational network and functional framework to pursue Kingdom and Great Commission initiatives to Pray, Rally, Partner, Equip and Go. He has been intentional to pursue the diverse beauty of the body of Christ—men and women of every ethnicity, gifting and profession to co-labor for the flourishing of the city and testimony of Jesus.
As Caleb learns and celebrates with servant leaders across Ohio, the nation and world, he is resolute in expectation of God’s powerful working through His people. He desires to continually grow and learn, both in knowledge and wisdom and even more deeply in faith and dependence upon the Lord. This is a work God has begun and only He can complete!

Bishop Christopher McNeal
Ministerial and business visionary, entrepreneurial innovator, altruistic humanitarian, and shepherd, Christopher R. McNeal, was born May 29, 1974, to The Reverend Deacon Samuel and Christena McNeal. The youngest of 3 sons, it seems that early on Bishop -designates trek would concretize itself.
Saved and baptized at the age of 8 under the ministry of The Reverend Willie E. Stanley and The Second Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, the first step of his trek materialized as he began to play piano and organ because the music in his school didn’t match the music in his church, and in his words “something had to be done about that!” Called into and licensed in ministry in 1990, Bishop -designate preached his first sermon and continued to blossom as a minister and musician. As he grew musically, more area churches began to inquire of his talent, and in 1991 (on a whim) he ended up at the corner of 10515 Chester Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, where he met The Most Reverend Jesse Delano Ellis, II. That relationship would make clear the next step of his trek with the entrance into the priesthood, the baptism in the Holy Ghost, and cultivation of a 28-year relationship in which he learned the ebbs and flows of ministry, and servanthood. Bishop-designate McNeal established The Habitat (Commonwealth of Glory)- his first pastorate, in 2015 and is fulfilling that assignment in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife, Meaghan Williams-McNeal, and their brilliant, perceptive to the anointing, handsome, funny, gifted, loving, strong, and compassionate sons –Jackson Christopher McNeal and Dylan Thomas McNeal. Their mantra is to “make Jesus Lord in St. Louis,” with ministry emphasis in SOUND biblical- teaching, training, prayer, demonstration, and results!
